Antibacterial hand sanitiser is available to use prior to boarding. We also recommend you carry your own to use throughout the tour.
As per government guidelines, it is compulsory to wear a face covering when travelling on any of our vehicles. These must also be worn upon entering any hotels, shops or other general indoor spaces.
Social Distancing/Limited Seating Capacity
Passengers will be required to only use designated seats to adhere to social distancing rules. Unavailable seats will be clearly marked. Our coaches will never be full capacity.
We have implemented enhanced cleaning regimes. Our vehicles are cleaned with anti-bacterial products, including a fogging system throughout the whole vehicle. All high contact areas are treated regularly with antiviral products.
On arrival at Highway Garage, a member of our team will greet you, show you where to park and ask you to wait inside your vehicle until we call you forward. Passengers will be required to embark the coach rear seats first and disembark from front seats first. This is to avoid walking past sitting passengers.
Body Temperature Checking
A member of our team will take your temperature before boarding the coach. We use a non-contact digital thermometer that we aim at your forehead. If your temperature is higher than 37.8 degrees centigrade, you may be refused travel.
Your coach driver, where possible, will disembark the coach during loading/unloading to minimise any unnecessary interactions. Your coach driver is not legally required to wear a face covering. Also when handling luggage, your driver will be wearing gloves.
